abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of polyisocyanate containing uretdione groups and with stable color value storage, which comprises the following steps: (1) polymerizing an organic isocyanate raw material under the catalytic action of a tertiary phosphine catalyst; (2) after the reaction reaches the set conversion rate, terminating the reaction by adopting a terminator; (3) separating and removing unreacted organic isocyanate monomer by adopting a proper separation mode to obtain a polyisocyanate product containing a uretdione group; wherein the content of disubstituted phosphine in the tertiary phosphine catalyst is less than or equal to 2000ppm based on the weight of the catalyst. The uretdione polyisocyanate product prepared by the method has stable color value in the storage process, and the color value increase is less than or equal to 5Hazen after the uretdione polyisocyanate product is stored for 6 months at the temperature of below 40 ℃. |
