The invention discloses a preparation method of a multilayer die-pressing composite material, which comprises the steps of 1) preparing a carbon fiber premix; 2) preparing the prepreg carbon cloth; and 3) a step of integral molding. In the step 3), uniformly cutting the pre-impregnated carbon cloth into 24-36 pieces, preparing 1/3 pieces of the cut pre-impregnated carbon cloth into latticed pre-impregnated carbon cloth, and taking the rest 2/3 pieces as non-latticed pre-impregnated carbon cloth; and then carrying out die pressing according to the sequence of the meshless pre-impregnated carbon cloth/the carbon fiber premix compound/the meshy pre-impregnated carbon cloth/the carbon fiber premix compound/the meshless pre-impregnated carbon cloth to obtain the five-layer composite material. The invention also discloses a multilayer die-pressing composite material prepared by the method. Compared with the pure paving composite material, the method has the advantages that due to the addition of the short fiber layer and the design of the 'pinning' structure of the middle carbon cloth layer grid, the interlayer bonding strength is improved by about 20 percent, the strength is equivalent to that of the pure paving composite material, but the cost is reduced by about 30 percent. |
