abstract |
The invention discloses a method for preparing a perovskite absorbing layer by a two-step method. Water is added during the preparation of the precursor, or a mixed solvent of organic solvent-water is used in the post-processing of the perovskite absorbing layer. The addition of water improves the roughness and flatness of the perovskite absorber layer and reduces the pinporosity of the perovskite absorber layer. The present invention also provides a perovskite solar cell comprising the above perovskite absorption layer, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of which is significantly improved. |
