The invention provides a SSR typing detection kit and detection method for yak paternity identification and individual identification. A group of SSR markers suitable for detecting yak parent-child relationship are screened out according to the genetic structure characteristics of yak herds, including 15 SSR markers in total. The polymorphic information content of these markers is high, the marker sites are not linked, and the size interval of the amplified fragments of the same fluorescein is appropriate. The present invention utilizes multiple fluorescent PCR and capillary electrophoresis techniques, and by optimizing the experimental system, establishes an accurate and efficient genotyping method based on the above-mentioned 15 SSR markers. The SSR marker combination of the present invention can be used for individual identification and paternity identification of yaks, and further can be used for complete and accurate pedigree identification of yaks, can improve the accuracy of yak breeding, speed up the breeding process, and has good application prospects and economic benefits. |
