titleOfInvention | Recombinant lipase mutant, encoding gene, recombinant engineering bacterium and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a recombinant lipase mutant, a gene, a vector, an engineering bacterium and application thereof, wherein the mutant is obtained by mutation of Sporosorium Reilianum Lipase (SRL). In the invention, the lipase mutant is obtained by carrying out single mutation or combined mutation on the 145 th site and the 194 th site of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2. Compared with wild enzyme, the mutant has greatly improved catalytic activity and substrate tolerance when converting the reaction, and obviously shortened reaction process time. Compared with the chemical method for preparing (S, S) -2, 8-diazabicyclo [4,3,0] nonane, the technology provided by the invention has the advantages that the stereoselectivity of the obtained product is high, the reaction condition is milder, the requirement on equipment is low, the reaction cost is reduced, and the technology is environment-friendly. |
