abstract The invention provides a preparation system of solid recovery fuel and an operation method thereof, which can separate light-material combustible substances, heavy-material non-combustible substances and recoverable metals, reduce the water content of household garbage and improve the heat value of the garbage. The garbage enters a coarse crusher through a sorting line receiving hopper, and the coarse crusher crushes the household garbage; conveying the coarsely crushed garbage to a disc-shaped sieve by a coarse crusher discharge belt conveyor, and removing iron metal carried in a part of garbage by an iron remover before the garbage enters the disc-shaped sieve and is fed by the disc-shaped sieve; after the screening treatment of the disc type screen, the domestic garbage is screened into oversize products and undersize products; feeding the light-material combustible in the light-material cache library to a drying line receiving hopper through a material cache library bridge type grab bucket crane, and conveying the light-material combustible to a drying machine through a double-screw conveyor; and conveying the light combustible substances subjected to air drying and drying treatment to a solid recovery fuel warehouse through a finished fuel warehouse-in conveyor.
