titleOfInvention A new type of environment-friendly water-based resin phase-change hydrating agent and its manufacturing process
abstract The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly water-based resin phase-change hydrating agent and a manufacturing process thereof, which mainly relate to the technical field of new materials, including 10%-28% of fatty acids, 72%-88% of organic tertiary amines, and 0.5%-1% of inorganic salts %, inorganic strong base 1%-2.5%, add the weighed fatty acid and organic tertiary amine into the reaction kettle, heat up and stir, react at 90℃±5℃ for 5.5-6.5 hours, and then cool down to 50℃±5℃ Then, the weighed inorganic salt and inorganic strong base are added into the reaction kettle in turn, and the stirring reaction is continued for 0.5-1.5 hours at 50 ℃ ± 5 ℃, that is, a new type of environmentally friendly water-based resin phase change hydrating agent is obtained, which breaks through the current situation. The existing water-based resin phase inversion hydration method has the problems of poor stability of water-based resin, easy delamination, poor adaptability to resin, complicated process, complicated preparation process, difficult to control, and high cost. It has the characteristics of strong adaptability to resin and simple process.
