titleOfInvention A kind of production method of anti-caking edible sodium chloride
abstract The invention discloses a production method of anti-caking edible sodium chloride, comprising the following steps: (1) injecting steam condensed water generated in the evaporation process into a deep well salt mine with a depth of more than 300m, so as to obtain a sodium chloride content of ≥295g /l brine; (2) reduce the magnesium ion content in the brine to 0.1-0.2g/l, and the calcium ion content to less than 0.1g/l, after precipitation and filtration, obtain refined brine; (3) reduce the refined brine It is transported to the MVR or ME evaporator for concentration and crystallization. When the solid-liquid volume ratio of the salt slurry reaches 40-60%, it is discharged from the evaporator, and then the salt slurry is dehydrated to a water content of ≤2.2% to obtain wet salt. After drying, dry salt is obtained, and the dry salt is cooled and sieved to obtain the finished product. The production method of the edible sodium chloride provided by the invention does not add an anti-caking agent, effectively prevents the edible sodium chloride from agglomerating, and the finished product has high purity and no microplastic pollution.
