abstract | The invention relates to a functionalized polyvinyl alcohol catalytic composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The catalytic composite membrane is characterized by having a double-layer structure, wherein a separation layer is composed of crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and Sodium Alginate (SA), and a catalytic layer is composed of acid catalyst crosslinked PVA. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the PVA solution and the SA solution, adding a cross-linking agent for cross-linking, and then scraping a film and airing; uniformly mixing PVA and the pretreated acidic catalyst, adding a cross-linking agent to form a membrane casting solution, coating the membrane casting solution on a separation layer, and preparing the catalyst layer by using a dipping phase conversion method. The invention grafts the acid catalyst in the PVA long chain by a chemical grafting method, so as to achieve the aim of fixing the catalyst. The composite membrane is treated by adopting an immersion phase conversion method, so that the damage of water in the catalyst layer to separation is reduced as much as possible, a porous structure is formed, the mass transfer resistance of water removal in reaction is reduced, catalytic active sites are increased, and the standardization rate of acetic acid is improved. |
