abstract The invention relates to a fiber scaffold and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical materials. The preparation method of the fiber scaffold comprises the following steps: (1) coating a PLGA solution on the polypropylene fiber scaffold to form a PLGA/polypropylene fiber scaffold, wherein the PLGA solution is prepared from PLGA and a first solvent, and the first solvent is at least one selected from methane chloride; (2) and coating a PLC solution on the PLGA/polypropylene fiber stent to form the PLC/PLGA/polypropylene fiber stent, wherein the PLC solution is prepared from PLC and a second solvent, and the second solvent is at least one selected from acetone, ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran. The prepared fiber scaffold not only has good biocompatibility, but also has good mechanical property, and can be basically and automatically opened after being coiled, thereby being beneficial to facilitating the actual operation.
