titleOfInvention Method for measuring working radius of four-axis centrifugal machine
abstract The invention provides a method for measuring the working radius of a four-axis centrifugal machine, and belongs to the technical field of inertia device testing equipment. In order to accurately measure the working radii of the three working tables, namely the distances between the rotary axes of the three working tables and the axes of the main shaft, firstly, a theodolite is used for measuring 120-degree uniformly-distributed errors at equal intervals of the three working tables, then, the mutual difference between the working radii of the three working tables is measured, then, a standard cylinder and a 1m vernier caliper are used for measuring the accurate distance between the rotary axes of the three working tables, and finally, the working radii of the three working tables are accurately calculated based on the parameters. Compared with the conventional direct radius measurement method and the reverse radius calculation method, the invention can accurately and efficiently measure the working radius of the four-shaft centrifugal machine and can be used under the condition that the axis of the main shaft is difficult to lead out.
