titleOfInvention Modified polyester fiber and production method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a modified polyester fiber and a production method thereof, which are characterized in that the breaking strength is 3.0-4.0 cN/dtex, and the elongation at break is 20-80%; the antibacterial rate of the modified polyester fiber to staphylococcus aureus is 98.5%, and the bacteriostatic activity value is 5.0; the antibacterial rate to escherichia coli is 96.7%, and the bacteriostatic activity value is 4.5. The method of melt direct spinning has the advantages of low production cost and good scale effect; the modified polyester is prepared by carrying out ester exchange reaction on sulfonamide compounds with hydroxymethyl groups, and the sulfonamide groups are introduced onto the molecular chain segments of the polyester by utilizing the ester exchange reaction, so that the polyester material with lasting antibacterial modification is realized, and the problems of group migration and water washing resistance of the sulfonamide groups are solved.
