The invention relates to the technical field of production and preparation of coating additives, in particular to a ash calcium powder interior wall coating stabilizer and a preparation process thereof at normal temperature. The ash calcium powder interior wall paint stabilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 parts of alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 8.3-13.3 parts of sodium methacrylate or sodium allyl sulfonate, 37.3-45.6 parts of acrylic acid, 2.9-4.6 parts of initiator, 0.5-1.2 parts of reducing agent, 2.1-4.6 parts of chain transfer agent and 700-745 parts of deionized water. The invention realizes the preparation of the ash calcium powder coating stabilizer at normal temperature, reduces energy consumption and production cost, and avoids possible environmental pollution caused by heat sources. In the preparation process, using mercaptoacetic acid or mercaptopropionic acid as the chain transfer agent can efficiently control the molecular weight of the stabilizer and prevent detonation. |
