titleOfInvention | Acetylated anthocyanin-specific transporter VcMATE2 in bilberry fruit |
abstract | The invention discloses that VcMATE2 specific transporter of acetylated anthocyanins in bilberry fruit is derived from bilberry semi-high bush variety 'Northland', and its nucleotide sequence is shown in SEQ ID No. 1; it is named after 'Northland''The cDNA reverse transcribed from the total RNA of the fruit was used as the template, and the full-length nucleotide sequence of the gene was obtained by PCR method. The VcMATE2 gene was specifically expressed in bilberry cultivars containing acetylated anthocyanins, while the expression was lower in bilberry cultivars that did not contain acetylated anthocyanins. Prove the specificity of VcMATE2 gene acetylated anthocyanin transport; regulate bilberry anthocyanins by means of genetic engineering and provide new ideas for cultivating high-anthocyanin bilberry varieties, and also improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese bilberry varieties in the international market, creating Economic and social benefits, and lay the foundation for promoting the sustainable development of China's fruit tree industry. |
