The invention discloses a microwave ferrite material, a preparation method thereof and a laminated chip device, wherein the microwave ferrite material comprises a main component and a sintering aid, wherein the main component is hexagonal barium ferrite and comprises the following components in percentage by weight: fe 2 O 3 :60~72%,BaCO 3 :20~30%,Co 3 O 4 : 1-7%, ZnO: 1-5%, CuO: 1-3%; relative to the total mass of the main component, the sintering aid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: bi 2 O 3 :1.0~4.0%、LiF:1.0~3.0%、CaF 2 0.1 to 2.0%. The microwave ferrite material has excellent performance, meets the process adaptability of the laminated sheet type element, and is particularly suitable for the laminated sheet type magnetic element in the 2-3 GHz application frequency band. |
