abstract | The invention discloses a membrane distilled pure water preparation system driven by an ejector, comprising: a membrane assembly, a steam generator, an ejector and a heat exchange assembly. The pure water fraction of the membrane distillation pure water preparation system of the present invention is in the form of steam after passing through the distillation membrane, and the temperature is still relatively high. These steams are transported to the inlet end of the ejector, mixed with the high-temperature steam generated by the steam generator, and then added to the ejector by the ejector. After pressing, it is used for heat exchange with the raw material passed into the membrane module, so that the raw material obtains the heat required for membrane distillation, and the mixed steam is condensed and collected into pure water, so as to realize the recovery and recycling of the heat in the pure water fraction. The whole process does not need to use phase change materials for heat conversion, so the energy consumption of the membrane distillation process can be reduced and the energy utilization efficiency can be improved. |
