abstract The invention discloses an application of a hydrogen-rich water composition in inhibiting hexavalent chromium-induced endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy in DF-1 cells, the hydrogen-rich water composition contains: H 2 0.6mM-1.1mM, seaweed Sodium 1.8-2.4g/L, mannan 1.2-1.6g/L; the hydrogen-rich water composition of the present invention can maintain the stability of the hydrogen content in the hydrogen-rich water; VI) The induced increase of COX-2 expression in DF-1 cells can play an inhibitory role, thereby inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress and excessive autophagy in DF-1 cells caused by the increase of COX-2.
