The invention provides an aqueous-in-oil-in-aqueous foundation fluid and a preparation method thereof. The water-in-oil-in-water foundation fluid comprises: (1) a first aqueous phase; (2) oil phase, which contains 0.5-1.5wt% of sorbitan sesquioleate and 3-10wt% of oleophylic titanium dioxide; (3) a second aqueous phase containing 1-2wt% of potassium cetyl phosphate. The foundation liquid prepared by the method has the refreshing, water-moistening and easy-to-make-up effects of the oil-in-water foundation liquid, has the effects of moistening and moisturizing, lasting make-up effect, water resistance and sweat resistance and difficult make-up removal of the water-in-oil foundation liquid, is low in price, convenient to use and simple in preparation method, and achieves the purpose of preparing the high-performance foundation liquid capable of meeting dry, oily and mixed skin types. |
