The present disclosure relates to a system for measuring and evaluating hemodynamics in an anatomy of a subject, and a system for image processing hemodynamics in at least a portion of the anatomy in a video image acquired from a subject method. In particular, the present disclosure relates to measuring and evaluating the hemodynamics of the surfaces of a subject's gastrointestinal tract, particularly in, around and near the gastrointestinal wall. One embodiment discloses a method for image processing hemodynamics in at least a portion of an anatomical structure in a video image acquired from a subject, comprising the steps of: Perform image analysis of at least one video sequence of the image analysis, calculate intensity values in one or more regions of interest based on the image analysis, and determine the perfusion slope of the flow of fluorescent contrast agent through at least one of the regions of interest. |
