abstract The invention discloses the application of biomarkers in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma, and the biomarkers are two or three of S100P, EEF1A2 or MUC3A. Specifically, the present invention provides the application of the above biomarker detection reagent in the preparation of products for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma and the risk assessment of lung adenocarcinoma. The experiment of the present invention proves that compared with normal lung tissue, the gene expression of S100P, EEF1A2 or MUC3A in lung adenocarcinoma tissue is significantly increased. ROC curve analysis showed that the combined application of the above genes had a higher AUC value. According to the research results of the present invention, S100P, EEF1A2 or MUC3A can be combined to be used in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
