abstract | The invention discloses an N-heterocyclic carbene group mixed nickel (II) complex and application thereof, wherein the molecular formula is Ni [ P (OEt) 3 ]{[RNC(CH 3 )C(CH 3 )NR]C}Br 2 (R is 2,4, 6-trimethylphenyl or 2, 6-diisopropylphenyl), can be used for synthesizing 2-benzyl indole-3-formaldehyde compounds, and the 2-benzyl indole-3-formaldehyde compounds are synthesized by taking the mixed nickel (II) complex as a catalyst and carrying out hydrogen heteroaromatic reaction on aryl ethylene compounds and indole-3-formaldehyde imine compounds in the presence of potassium methoxide. The method provided by the invention takes a divalent nickel (II) complex which is stable in air, cheap and easy to obtain as a catalyst for the first time, avoids using a sensitive Grignard reagent and a zero-valent metal complex, and is the first example of preparing the 2-benzyl indole-3-formaldehyde compound by imine-guided hydrogen heteroaromatic reaction of an aryl ethylene compound and realized by a nickel catalyst. |
