titleOfInvention | Method for recovering formaldehyde gas volatilized in normal pressure device in pentaerythritol production |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for recovering formaldehyde gas volatilized in an atmospheric pressure device in pentaerythritol production, wherein a condensation liquid in a condensation liquid storage tank passes through a condensation liquid heat exchange condenser to exchange heat with dilute formaldehyde, and then is heated by a flash tower, the fraction in the flash tower is condensed and then returns to an alcohol-containing dilute formaldehyde tank, the liquid at the bottom of the flash tower is collected to an aldehyde tower, the aldehyde tower is heated by external steam, and the fraction at the top of the aldehyde tower is used as a heat source to be heated externally; the gas distilled from the flash tower after being heated is condensed by a first circulating water condenser and then returns to an alcohol-containing dilute formaldehyde tank; introducing the formaldehyde volatilized from the condensation reaction kettle, the dilute formaldehyde tank and the condensation liquid tank to an absorption tower through pipelines, adding soft water into the absorption tower in advance, conveying the soft water to the middle upper part of the absorption tower through a circulating extraction pump of the absorption tower to absorb the formaldehyde gas, extracting the liquid absorbing the formaldehyde to the dilute formaldehyde storage tank when the concentration of the formaldehyde reaches 4-5%, and then adding the soft water to repeat the operation. The invention can fully recover the formaldehyde and reduce the heat loss in the system. |
