titleOfInvention Seam beautifying process for plastic floor
abstract The invention relates to a seam beautifying process of a plastic floor, which comprises the steps of firstly, feeding the molded floor, and processing the surface of one or more edges of the floor by using a milling cutter to obtain a groove; rolling the groove on the floor by using a pressing wheel which is introduced with high-temperature heat conduction oil, and forming a crust layer on the surface of the groove; and step three, placing the floor with the skinning layer on a conveying chain, starting the conveying chain, enabling the floor to pass through a painting position on the conveying chain, and painting the groove at the painting position. According to the seam beautifying process of the plastic floor, the prepared floor product is provided with the groove, secondary filling is not needed during splicing, and a good seam beautifying effect is achieved.
