The method comprises the following steps: preparing zwitterion containing polyhydroxy radical by a quaternization method to prepare an aqueous phase solution, and adjusting the pH value to 12; preparing a nascent-state polypiperazine amide nanofiltration membrane by adopting an interfacial polymerization method; immersing a nanofiltration membrane into the zwitter-ion water-phase solution, removing redundant liquid after 5 minutes, and placing the nanofiltration membrane into an oven to promote polymerization reaction; after the reaction is finished, the nanofiltration membrane is immersed in NaHSO 3 The solution is ready for use. The preparation method of the polyhydroxy zwitter ion is simple, and the polyhydroxy zwitter ion is used for grafting the modified membrane and has simple process and mild conditions; the modified membrane surface has strong hydrophilicity, and a compact hydration layer is formed to improve the anti-fouling performance and prevent pollutants and the nonspecific action of the membrane surface; the modified membrane has high flux and retention rate and can be used for water treatment.
