titleOfInvention | Water-based environment-friendly nano copolymer multifunctional defoamer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The embodiments of the present invention provide a water-based environmentally friendly nano-copolymer multifunctional defoamer and its preparation method. The raw materials of the defoamer include the following components in mass percentage: 20% to 26% of natural vegetable fatty alcohol, high-grade Fatty alcohol 10%~15%, amide 5%~10%, nano hydrophobic agent 5%~8%, fluorine monomer 0.5%~1%, silane 3%~6%, initiator 2%~5%, living polymerization 1%-2% of agent, 0.5%-1% of catalyst, 1%-2% of thickener, 1%-2% of antifreeze, 30%-45% of deionized water. The defoamer provided by the embodiment of the present invention is synthesized by raw material selection and copolymerization, and introduces nanomaterial groups to change the polymer structure. It does not use traditional emulsifiers, formaldehyde, silicone oil and other harmful substances, and improves versatility, weather resistance, Stain resistance, high corrosion resistance and self-cleaning performance. The product can be decomposed by hydrolysis, photodegradation and biodegradation without cumulative effect, and is very safe to water sources and the environment. |
