Meanwhile, the polarity of the repair liquid is enhanced, the contact angle of the repair liquid to the repaired tissue is reduced, the infiltration of the repair liquid to the tissue is improved, the condition that the repair liquid can be hung on the slice can be generated, and the reoxidation of the dry slice or the tissue is avoided.
