titleOfInvention | Cellulose degrading bacterium CX10 from termite intestinal tract and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a cellulose degrading bacterium CX10 from termite intestinal tracts, which is preserved in China general microbiological culture Collection center No. 3 of No.1 Hospital of West Lu of the North Chen of the Yangyang area in the Beijing city within 8 and 27 days in 2018, wherein the preservation number is as follows: CGMCC No. 16344. The strain is gram-positive bacillus without capsule, endophytic spores can be seen by spore staining, bacterial colonies are in a split shape and are single, the color of the bacterial colonies is white, and the edges of the bacterial colonies are complete. The strain is a facultative anaerobic strain for producing cellulase; the FPA enzyme activity of the strain is 49.5U/mL within 48h, the CMCase enzyme activity is 95.0IU/mL, and the CX enzyme activity is 23.26 IU/mL. The strain not only has high biodiversity value, but also has scientific value of further research in the development and application of cellulose-enriched crops and traditional Chinese medicine fermentation recycling technology. |
