titleOfInvention | Polydopamine acrylic polyurethane adhesive and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a polydopamine propylene polyurethane adhesive, which comprises the following steps: preparing an acrylic-terminated polyurethane prepolymer by using a polyurethane prepolymer and an end-capping reagent containing an acrylic group; and carrying out homopolymerization reaction on dopamine methacrylamide, a terminal acrylic polyurethane prepolymer and a thermal initiator random double bond to prepare the poly-dopamine acrylic polyurethane adhesive. The invention combines the advantages of designability and adjustable proportion of waterborne polyurethane molecules, introduces dopamine modifier DMA containing catechol group into waterborne polyurethane chains through thermal initiation polymerization, quantitatively introduces catechol group in dopamine into waterborne polyurethane chains by utilizing the characteristic of high efficiency of thermal initiation double bond random homopolymerization, and can greatly improve the molecular mass of a single polymer and the cohesion of the polymer compared with the traditional method for modifying polyurethane by dopamine, thereby improving the adhesive mechanical property of the adhesive. |
