Namely the difluoro oxamide ligand-containing tetranuclear copper compound, wherein the copper salt is as follows: copper perchlorate, copper chloride, copper bromide, and the like. Compared with the platinum anticancer drugs commonly used at present, the compound of the invention has the characteristics of high anticancer activity, low cost, simple preparation method and the like. Meanwhile, the synthesized compound is found to have higher activity in the aspect of reducing blood sugar for the first time, and a new way is provided for developing medicines with related applications.
