abstract | The invention discloses 4-dithioformic acid piperazine-1, 8-naphthalimide derivatives, and a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the derivative is shown as the following formula (I), and the synthesis method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) 1-dithio formic acid piperazine and 4-bromine-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride are put into an organic solvent to react under the heating condition, and an intermediate product is obtained; 2) and (3) putting the intermediate product and the compound shown in the formula (II) into an organic solvent to react under the heating condition, so as to obtain the target compound. Some of the derivatives of the invention are more active than mitonaphthylamine; R‑NH 2 (II); wherein R is N, N-dimethylethyl, hydroxyethyl, N-methylethyl or p-chlorobenzyl. |
