abstract | The invention discloses a cell preparation for treating spinal cord injury and a preparation method. The preparation method of the preparation comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining mononuclear cells from healthy adult bone marrow by density gradient centrifugation; (2) Screening bone marrow mononuclear cells with immunomagnetic beads to obtain BMSCs; (3) performing flow sorting on the BMSCs obtained in step (2) to obtain TrkB+CD271+ cell subsets; (4) processing the obtained cell subsets, made into preparations. Based on the existing BMSC extraction technology, the present invention invents a method for using cell surface antigen markers to specifically separate cell subsets with strong nerve growth-promoting ability in a step-by-step manner, and obtains a new type of TrkB+ for treating spinal cord injury. The CD271+ BMSC subgroup preparation overcomes the problems of the current BMSC treatment of spinal cord injury with a small proportion of cells promoting nerve growth and poor efficacy. |
