The invention relates to a carbamazepine chemiluminescence detection kit and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of chemiluminescence in vitro diagnosis. The technical problems of long test time, poor repeatability, poor stability, high blank, poor sensitivity and poor accuracy existing in the carbamazepine detection kit in the prior art are solved. The kit of the present invention includes R1 reagent, R2 reagent and R3 reagent; wherein, R1 reagent includes streptavidin magnetic particles and buffer I; R2 reagent includes conjugated marker-labeled carbamazepine analogue and buffer II; R3 reagents include chemiluminescent marker-labeled carbamazepine monoclonal antibody and buffer III. The kit has wide linear range, short detection time, low blank, high sensitivity, good stability, high accuracy and good repeatability. |
