titleOfInvention | Application of Beclin1 as radiation hypersensitive protein in vivo |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of Beclin1 as the radiation hypersensitive protein in the body. The present invention found through research that the Beclin1 biallelic knockout mice and the lethal dose of radiation-induced mice all showed consistent performance in terms of death time and body characteristics, as well as changes in mouse organ coefficients, blood volume, and blood routine. And the expression of Beclin1 protein in mouse bone marrow cells disappeared 1 day after the lethal dose of radiation, which was consistent with the phenotype of Beclin1 knockout mice. Therefore, it proves that Beclin1 protein can be used as a radiation hypersensitive protein in the body for subsequent research and development. Beclin1 protein is expected to be a target for the treatment of radiation damage in the body. Screening can improve the expression of Beclin1 protein in the body or enhance its stability, or screening can inhibit the degradation of Beclin1 caused by radiation. The preparation can be used as a means of radiation injury treatment, thus providing a new theoretical basis and efficient treatment plan for radiation treatment. |
