abstract The invention provides an immune cell capable of eliminating in-vivo recessive infection and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method of the immune cell comprises the following steps: separating and purifying peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro; activating peripheral blood mononuclear cells with cell activating factor I; wherein, the cell activating factor I contains IL-2, IFN-gamma, GM-CSF, IL-4 and TNF-alpha, and is prepared by normal saline; expanding the activated cells by using cell activating factor II; wherein, the cell activating factor II contains IL-2, IFN-gamma and IL-15, and is prepared by normal saline; and (5) harvesting the immune cells. The immune cells of the invention can be greatly amplified and returned to human bodies by the immune cells which exert exogenous factors of antibacterial, fungal, viral and chlamydia, and Bartonella bodies, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing infection and eliminating recessive infection, reducing the occurrence of diseases and delaying senility.
