abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyurethane microporous elastic backing plate with low dynamic and static stiffness ratio, which is prepared by uniformly mixing a component A and a component B, injecting the mixture into a specific mold, reacting and curing, wherein the component A is a polyol mixture and comprises the following raw materials: polyether polyol, a foaming agent, a chain extender, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer; the component B is an isocyanate prepolymer of-NCO end capping. According to the invention, by selecting the raw materials which can endow the prepared polyurethane elastomer with excellent performance, controlling the proportion of reactants and the molecular weight of a product, accurately controlling the dosage of a chemical foaming agent, and adopting a special foam stabilizer to adjust the closed pore rate, the pore size and the distribution uniformity of the prepared microporous elastomer, the polyurethane microporous elastic base plate which is low in dynamic-static stiffness ratio (less than or equal to 1.20), has excellent dynamic shock absorption and fatigue resistance is prepared, and can be used as an elastic shock absorption and noise reduction base plate for a high-speed railway fastener with the speed per hour of more than 300 km/h.
