The present invention provides a soft matter material used for manufacture in a microgravity environment and a preparation method thereof. The soft matter material used for manufacture in a microgravity environment comprises the following parts by weight: 30-60 parts by weight of powder; 1-6 parts by weight of dispersant parts by weight; 0.5-6 parts by weight of defoaming agent; 0.5-6 parts by weight of thixotropic agent; 22-68 parts by weight of liquid. The advantages are: the soft matter material and its preparation method provided by the present invention can solve the problem of fluidity of the conventionally used paste material in the microgravity environment manufacturing technology. The proportioned ceramic powder, dispersant, defoaming agent, thixotropic agent and solvent are obtained by grinding with a three-roller machine. The method is convenient and feasible, and the equipment is simple. The obtained soft matter material has a solid content of 50-70 vol% and a viscosity of 10-100 Pa·s, which is very suitable for use as a raw material in microgravity manufacturing technology. |
