abstract | The invention relates to a cerium-doped zinc phosphate material and a preparation method thereof, and an anticorrosive coating containing the cerium-doped zinc phosphate material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding cerium salt into an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate to obtain a mixed solution; (2) adding phosphate into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under stirring, reacting to generate a precipitate, and aging; (3) collecting the aged precipitate in the step (2), washing, drying and grinding; and (5) obtaining the product. The preparation method can prepare the sheet-shaped cerium-doped zinc phosphate material, has excellent mechanical property and corrosion resistance, and is mild in condition, easy to control, green and environment-friendly. |
