titleOfInvention An injectable bioactive glass containing demineralized bone matrix DBM and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention belongs to the field of bone damage repairing biomedical materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of an injectable bioactive glass containing demineralized bone matrix DBM. The injectable bioactive glass is composed of a solid phase and a liquid phase, wherein the solid phase is formed by mixing bioactive glass powder and DBM in proportion, and the mass ratio of the bioactive glass powder to DBM is 3. : 1; the liquid phase is a sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution, and its concentration is 5~20wt%; the mass ratio of the solid phase to the liquid phase is 2:1~1:2; after the solid phase and the liquid phase are mixed according to the solid-liquid ratio into the syringe. The injectable bioactive glass containing demineralized bone matrix DBM provided by the present invention has good injection type, anti-collapse property, osteoconductivity, osteoinductivity, cell activity and good biodegradability, and is suitable for bone injury repair.
