titleOfInvention Novel silicon-organic hybrid solar cell and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a novel silicon-organic hybrid solar cell and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method utilizes the protection of an adhesive tape to completely seal the back surface of a silicon substrate and prevent etching liquid from entering so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the back surface of the silicon substrate; on the basis of protecting the adhesive tape, fixing the silicon substrate by using a quartz plate and a clamp, and immersing the silicon substrate into an etching solution with the front face upward; and spin-coating a PEDOT (PSS) antireflection film on the front surface of the silicon substrate and spin-coating a PEDOT (PSS) solution containing dimethyl sulfoxide and polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether on the uniformly etched micro-nano structure to obtain a conductive film. The etching protection method is simple in operation and good in protection effect, the novel silicon-organic hybrid solar cell obtained on the basis of the etching protection method does not involve high temperature in the preparation process, the simple spin coating process is adopted, the method can be applied to industrialization, and after the components of the material and various preparation processes are optimized, the performance of the cell can be effectively improved.
