titleOfInvention A method for constructing energy metabolism indexes related to material transformation in the process of groundwater pollution microbial degradation
abstract The invention relates to the field of microbial degradation of petroleum pollution in groundwater, in particular to a method for constructing an energy metabolism index related to material transformation in the process of microbial degradation of groundwater pollution. Microbial degradation of groundwater pollution takes organic matter as electron acceptor, inorganic matter as electron donor, and uses oxidative phosphorylation pathway to generate ATP. Microorganisms are called chemoheterotrophic microorganisms. Studies have shown that the vast majority of groundwater microorganisms are chemoheterotrophic microorganisms. Therefore, the oxidative phosphorylation pathway is closely related to the transformation of organic matter. The invention builds a material-energy coupling relationship model based on the above basic principles of material transformation and energy metabolism in the degradation process of petroleum microorganisms in groundwater, and forms a new energy metabolism index.
