abstract | The invention relates to a cross-shaped silica gel biaxial tensile test piece and a preparation method and a tensile test method thereof. The test piece comprises a square central area and four extension walls, wherein the four extension walls extend outwards around the central area and form a cross shape, four junctions of the extension walls are provided with four edge transition fillets, a cross shaft at the middle part of the central area is provided with four round holes symmetrically distributed along the central circumference of the test piece, the four portions of the extension walls close to the central area are connection areas, the end parts of the extension walls are clamping areas, transition circular arcs are arranged on two sides of the connection areas connected with the clamping areas, the corners of the test piece are subjected to fillet process, and a preparation method and a tensile test method of the test piece are provided. The method can be used for determining the relation between the nominal stress and the strain of the silicon rubber material so as to determine the constitutive model parameters, and can be applied to the technical field of mechanical tests of silicon rubber super-elastic materials. |
