titleOfInvention Copolymer methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate specific binding peptide and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a copolymer methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate specific binding peptide, the amino acid sequence of which is SWFPTQKPVADW, SDAKHEIRIQKS or DRGLTILTDDLR. The invention has the advantages that the MMA-BA coating is screened by utilizing the phage screening technology to obtain three specific binding peptides of the material. The short peptide can be efficiently combined on the surface of the copolymer, and the specific combined peptide sequence is combined with a composite functional group formed by single or fusion with other functional chemical or biological molecules or a nano-structure material, so that the self or the whole composite functional group is adsorbed on the surface of the methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate material. The specific binding peptide provides a powerful experimental basis for the bioconjugation of MMA-BA, provides a new method for developing MMA-BA materials with biological activity, and provides possibility for the development of the MMA-BA materials in the biosensing field.
