abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a Hainan sarcandra stem extract, which is characterized in that a petroleum ether solvent is added into dry powder of the Hainan sarcandra stem for extraction; filtering the extracting solution, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain petroleum ether dissolved extract, subjecting the petroleum ether dissolved extract to silica gel column chromatography, eluting with pure petroleum ether as solvent to remove long-chain oil wax component in the extract, eluting with ethyl acetate, washing the column, and vacuum concentrating the effluent to obtain petroleum ether extract essence with wide antibacterial activity; and (3) repeatedly carrying out column chromatography on the petroleum ether extract essence to obtain 7 triterpenoids, 1 sterol compound and 2 flavonoids. The extract prepared by the invention has high yield, simple process flow and low cost, is suitable for large-scale preparation, has good antibacterial activity, and can be applied to auxiliary antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines. |
