titleOfInvention A conjugated polymer nanoparticle fluorescent probe and its application
abstract The invention provides a conjugated polymer nanoparticle fluorescent probe and its application. The invention prepares the conjugated polymer nanoparticle by a nanoprecipitation method, and performs carboxylation treatment on the conjugated polymer nanoparticle. According to the test, Fe 3+ can agglomerate carboxylated conjugated polymer nanoparticles (CPNs‑PBOC‑COOH) to form CPNs‑PBOC‑COOH‑Fe 3+ , resulting in that the fluorescence of CPNs‑PBOC‑COOH can pass through Fe 3+ The fluorescence resonance energy transfer effect of + is effectively quenched, that is, an ideal fluorescent probe is obtained. It has been proved by experiments that this fluorescent probe based on conjugated polymer nanoparticles has high selectivity and sensitivity to AA. The concentration of AA detected was linear in the range of 0.57-10.26 μM, and the limit of detection (LOD) value was 76.3 nM, which has good practical application value.
