abstract | The invention discloses a 4-p-toluenesulfonyl piperazine-3-nitro-1, 8-naphthalimide derivative, a synthetic method and application thereof. The structure of the derivative is shown as the following formula (I), and the synthesis method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) 1- (toluene-4-sulfonyl) piperazine and 3-nitro-4-bromo-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride are placed in an organic solvent to react under the heating condition to obtain an intermediate product; 2) and (3) putting the intermediate product and the compound shown in the formula (II) into an organic solvent to react under the heating condition, thus obtaining the compound. Some of the derivatives of the invention have higher activity and lower toxicity to GES1 compared with mitonaphthylamine; R‑NH 2 (II); wherein R is methoxybenzyl, N-dimethylethyl, hydroxyethyl, 3, 4-methylenedioxyphenethyl, 4, 5-dihydroxyphenethyl, pyridylamino, butyl, benzyl, furan ethyl or p-chlorobenzyl. |
