titleOfInvention A kind of synthetic method and application of bisalicylaldehyde acetal 6-amino-m-cresol Schiff base
abstract A method for synthesizing 6-amino-m-cresol Schiff base of bisalicylaldehyde acetal and application thereof, and relates to a 4,4'-dihydroxy-1,1'-biphenyl-3,3'-dicarbaldehyde acetal 6- Synthetic methods and applications of amino-m-cresol Schiff bases. The invention constructs a novel C2 axisymmetric bisalicylaldehyde-6-amino-m-cresol type Schiff base fluorescent probe and applies it to aluminum ion detection. The preparation method is as follows: adding the bisalicylaldehyde solution dropwise to the 6-amino-m-cresol solution, heating and refluxing to separate out a solid, cooling, suction filtration, and washing to obtain a fluorescent probe. The probe realizes the detection of aluminum ions in methanol solution, the detection limit is 5.4×10 ‑ 9 mol/L, and the fluorescence intensity is enhanced by 115 times, which can avoid the interference of other metal ions, and has potential in the fields of environment, medicine, biology, etc. Value.
