titleOfInvention Application of sulfur/phosphorus hybrid polyether modified polycarboxylic acid
abstract The invention discloses application of sulfur/phosphorus hybrid polyether modified polycarboxylic acid. The application in the fields of paint, printing ink, ceramics, adhesive and solar cells specifically comprises the following steps: the sulfur/phosphorus hybrid polyether modified polycarboxylic acids are used for dispersing organic pigments in water or aqueous solutions. The sulfur/phosphorus hybrid polyether modified polycarboxylic acid is prepared by the following method: uniformly mixing 10-30 parts by mass of acrylic acid, 1-10 parts by mass of polyether and 20-50 parts by mass of water, heating to 50-100 ℃, then adding 0.1-10 parts by mass of initiator solution, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 2-6 hours, and adding 6-20 parts by mass of chain transfer agent solution to terminate the reaction. The preparation method has the advantages of wide raw material source, green preparation, simple and convenient use and environmental protection. The invention overcomes the problem that the organic pigment copper phthalocyanine is difficult to disperse in water, and widens the application of the copper phthalocyanine. The copper phthalocyanine aqueous dispersion can be applied to the fields of coatings, printing ink, ceramics, adhesives, solar cells and the like.
