A storage support system included in a delivery system (1) is provided with an article storage determination unit (14) and a user information management unit (11), wherein the article storage determination unit (14) has the following functions: an article size identification unit that identifies the size of an article to be stored in a vehicle (100); a storable capacity identification unit that acquires a storable capacity of a vehicle interior of a vehicle; and a storage method determination unit that determines a storage method for storing the article in the vehicle interior of the vehicle, based on the size of the article identified by the article size identification unit and the storage capacity of the vehicle interior identified by the storage capacity identification unit, wherein the user information management unit (11) has a function of a storage method notification unit that notifies the storage method determined by the storage method determination unit.
