abstract The present invention provides a triazole compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The triazole compound provided by the present invention or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has the structure shown in formula (I): Wherein, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 are each independently selected from -SO 2 R 4 , -SO 2 R 5 , COR 6 , H and halogen; R 4 , R 5 , R 6 are each independently selected from aryl, Heteroaryl, linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl and cycloalkyl; wherein the aryl, heteroaryl, linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl and cycloalkyl are unsubstituted or substituted by R 7 ; R 7 is selected from halogen, C 1-5 linear or branched alkyl, haloalkyl, C 1-5 linear or branched alkoxy and nitro. The compounds have better inhibitory activity to BRD4, HIV latent virus infection activation activity, and low toxicity, and have better druggability and more potential clinical application value.
