The invention relates to the field of extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compounds extracted, separated and identified from purslane and an extraction and separation method thereof. The pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compound has a molecular formula of C 7 H 8 N 2 O 5 and is named 3-(carboxy(methoxy)amino)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid. Also provided is an extraction and separation method for the above-mentioned pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compounds, which is prepared by successively adopting water decoction extraction, ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatography, ODS medium pressure column and Sephadex LH-20 purification, and liquid phase separation. Its structure was determined to be a new pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compound by means of 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and two-dimensional NMR spectral analysis. The compound has potential activities such as anti-inflammatory and anticholinesterase, and provides a preparation method, which provides a lead and theoretical basis for the development of new drugs and new components. |
